What age ranges do we cover?

This is an adult outpatient service; any individuals aged 18 years or older may book a consultation.

Do I need a referral?

You are welcome to book a consultation, regardless of whether you have a private referral.

When do I pay for my consultation?

For self-pay clients, payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

Can I still be seen if I arrive late for my appointment?

We understand that unexpected delays may occur en route to your appointment. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

We strive to accommodate late arrivals where feasible and will aim to provide the most comprehensive consultation possible within the remaining time. However, to respect the next patient’s booking, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will not be able to proceed with your consultation, and our cancellation policy will apply.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost up to 48 hours prior to your consultation.

However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or fail to attend, the full fee will be charged.
